I have to smile because it happened. Laura and I ate, crafted, napped, watched the ocean and walked on the beach.
I did some hunting, too! I hunted shells and sea foam and sunsets! Here are some of my “captures.”

Recently picked ip a couple of freebies at outdoor stores. They’ll be used for collage words and images, though the NC Wildlife mag is full of good info.
This is an American Woodcock, the bird that walks so funny. Not to be confused with a Wood Duck!

The image is from a Land’s End catalog, a very good source of colorful images.
Notice, I folded the paper over to get a thicker surface to punch.
