I hand wash my caps in warm water and Dreft Detergent. I put them in the dryer with a Bounce Free sheet. Then I pop them in a clean zipper bag while they’re still warm. I slap my handmade label on them and deliver them to the birthing center! What a great feeling!
After looking at the following photos, I see that the seams on the solid colored caps are really noticeable. Note to self: Use circular needles when knitting solid color caps.
I dug out my bunny buttons. This one is my favorite (and of course, it’s the most expensive button I buy! I try to use a discount coupon when I buy these at JoAnn.)
I bought these on eBay. There are a lot of discontinued yarns that can’t be found in stores anymore. I also bid on them because there’s an ivory skein which will match some lace embellishments that my friend, Nancy, gave me.
