Along the Interstate
I was travelling along I-40 on my way to Sylva, NC on Tuesday. Just past Black Mountain, I spotted a sign, “Carolina Fabric Outlet.” I kept an eye out and found it! Just off exit 59 in Swannanoa, this fabric outlet has a fantastic selection. It’s big, but not overwhelming like Mary Jo’s in Gastonia. And if you need upholstery and decorating fabric, I saw some of the same selections I had seen in The ABC Home Store in Manhattan! I wish I’d taken pictures. I’ll try to stop on my way home and snap a few.

I’ve been searching the web for TV craft shows (since HGTV and DIY have all but deserted us,) and I found these goodies:

Alex Anderson has a show online, but you have to pay and she’s ‘spensive!
